I believe that every child is in love with eggs … At least my son is. And the chip Manioc (Potato Baroa if you are in the state of Rio de Janeiro) is the perfect match for this dish.

The egg was once a villain feared for years been accused of increasing cholesterol. But it is important to understand that nutrition is a changing science and built by evidence that evolve as the years of study. Today, considered the good guy, the egg has many good properties for your health. The light source is of good quality protein and the yolk, on the other hand, has so fat and cholesterol but, at the same time, also shows choline, an important amino acid for the formation of acetylcholine, which helps in memory.

The chip is baked and can be done with several other vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots and even beet.

Tasty, guilt-free and healthy.
