I believe that chocolate is the most consumed fresh in the world. If such research was based on my preferences would then be the only one, since I am chocoholic assumed 🙂

In fact chocolate is not only a delight. Its moderate consumption also provides a list of benefits and the more cocoa in the formula, the better. Below, just a few:

  • Chocolate can help fight bowel cancer, because of some molecules present in cocoa, called procyanidins, which have antioxidant property.
  • The sensation caused by chocolate welfare finds support in the action of endorphins and dopamine, related to relaxation.
Chocolate during pregnancy may help prevent pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure).
  • Studies show that the consumption of dark chocolate improves blood flow and is good for cardiovascular health by reducing the tendency of platelets and coagulation of blood vessel blockage. It helps lower LDL levels (bad cholesterol).
  • Chocolate is also a beauty ally. Is present in the hot tub baths, massages, masks and other cosmetics. Besides the high moisturizing power, the product fights free radicals, preventing oxidation of cells.

So let’s make good use of this information and invest in a versatile, world-famous dessert, the Italian Straw.
